email to AGM or GM in Delhi. 1504 complaints sometimes get response sometimes not. But here in Mumbai AGM always replied to me.(all 3-4 emails that i sent were responded).ofcourse problem still took 2weeks or so to get resolved so u need lots of patience

Hey stuge what's ur gateway and exchange? Me and ashishgoel are on same gateway ( 59.180.127.254) and have been getting pathetic speeds( around 10-20 KBps for past week or so.
Are u on this gateway as well?

hi am also in the same Gateway..!..yes am having some problems now, it took me more than 1 min to open this website( usually it takes less than 10 secs), i think there is something wrong..Browsing speed is slow...:madness:

yes! i was getting nice speeds..even now i checked it..i will paste the latest speedtest result here...but browsing is damn slow..dunno what is wrong

Right now I'm accessing using Dial up .Broadband is not working anymore :wall::wall::frown::frown:.I will have to check my gateway .

well, there is also some probs wid mine, its getting disconnected at time..i mean for 5 secs disconnections at times...Piging is also giving "time out" at times...so there is something going on for sure...speed is still 1.8Mbps
