Loop To Idea mobile number portability on prepaid rejected due to Lifetime validity!!

they did same thing with me therefore i gave their complaint to Trai Alongwith Their Nodal Officer,then i contacted their customer care the executive told me that SEND SMS As BASE to 50505 and give request again to new operator.this means i have lost Rs-25 Which i have paid for porting earlier.
 
Loop is no way going to let us port,They are pulling out every dirty trick they can possibly do. Today my brother's port out also got rejected.Guess y?Coz I simply happened to pick up the call from CC as he was not home,so the guy says "SIR u are using the phone unethically on your brothers name so, yr request is rejected WTF" Imagine that

Imagine that

you could have pretended when they called up..mnp sucks if this continues,it would be better to take new connection then going through these hassles..:@

my friend's loop to docomo got rejected..reason being no positive balance in his account...he had 0.65ps in his account...
 
Recently I decided to Port-out of Loop Mobile due to low quality of service. Today I got a call from Loop Mobile saying that this request has been rejected due to balance less than Re. 1When I asked them about why did they not inform me this criteria before cancelling the request they have no answer. I want to mention that if Loop Mobile has so much courtesy for their customer to let them know that they MNP has been rejected they should have also informed about this criteria saying that you should have minimum this much balance and then we will process your request.I want to bring this to the light of concerned authorities in Mumbai, please take necessary action and do the needful.Thanks,Manish.
 
Guys what can be done here, all complaints to nodal officer,loop gallery customer care have fallen on deaf years.Its better to forget MNP and switch operators by dumping the no.?
