Major connectivity issues on BSNL Broadband

still many sites now working
like (www.outlook.com)

i think still problem with Chennai - Bsnl

i can access it any site from my office

outlook.com is opening fine.. And those problems mentioned above were a common problem across ISPs for a little while a week ago.

when contacted BSNL they told to switch off router and restart but it dint work for me
