Malayalam Channel Surya TV (Channel no. 861) not working / removed from Tata Sky

Malayalam Channel Surya TV (Channel no. 861) is removed / not working on Tata Sky. Anybody have the same problem? If there is, let me know. Anyway I registered one complaint with Tata Sky. They told me that Surya TV is not removed from the Tata Sky. Some problem may be with SET TOP BOX.

Mine is Tata Sky HD, I checked surya channel still there....I don't know the software version but its completed today, in system detail I checked it says the date 24 jul 2013. What change, I am not so techy please.

Seems like your STB is old and not MPEG-4. Get it replaced from TS.
And please stop writing in caps.
