Just realised. AMEX and Diners Club already gone. Mastercard today. Truly becoming the next CHINA part 2.

While Visa and Mastercard have stated that they are compliant with the norms, RBI’s circular makes it clear that Amex and Diners Club did not comply.

This is from an article when RBI imposed a ban on AMEX and Diners Club.

If the bank issues you the card before July 22, you will get it. Otherwise, no. I also have a question about renewals. If I renew a Mastercard, will I get the replacement card or not?!
