Mastercard barred from onboarding new customers in India (Ban Lifted)

You should get the replacement. The order only talks about on boarding new customers.
There's a similar ban against Amex for more than 2 months now.
I'm sure it would have generated quite an uproar if replacing expired cards is a issue too.

My Citibank's Debit and Credit cards are from Mastercard, and will expire in 2023.

i think in one month mastercard will be back , they are top companies of the world money is not a problem, just need a server and store all indians data in that and make new mechanism to store in this server
