There is possibility of both OTTs exists with different set of target audience?
Also TV channels from both group might remain with respective branding (Star, Colors, News18) for now or even in future. Although this could give advantage in Sports as Reliance owned Viacom18 has only 3 Sports channels (Sports 18 1/2/3), but have acquired lots of Sporting rights recently, so some content can be shifted to Star Sports channels.
This deal would be complete by end of 2024 or early 2025, so no immediate changes might be seen.

So my Hotstar premium subscription expired a few days ago. I am thinking to go for annual subscription again, but I am not sure where will IPL be streaming since my sole purpose of buying hotstar is watching IPL. Any idea guys?

Its going to stream on jio for sure. Star would be for tv only I believe.
