It was only a matter of time. Everyone had guessed it years ago. Elop was Microsoft's agent who systematically tore apart Nokia.
Nokia themselves are to blame for this. They got so complacent that they didn't even notice when Apple and Samsung came and stole a huge chunk of their business.

Another inside information. Elop was given the choose between Nokia or blackberry. He selected nokia because he did not trust the americans.

Nokia had more than 60% market share in Indian market. But, Samsung & Micromax took stole their market share. Nokia never wanted to change, they started making smartphones very late. And, now Microsoft is going to screw it even more.
