Also how can I change my payback number that is being displayed? My mobile is linked to another number, but a random payback number is displayed.

That payback is linked to the mobile account of mobikwik. Changing is a painful process. Register using the mobile number on your payback account - easy way out

I did. I used the mobile number to register on MobiKwik that already had a payback card linked to it with around 1K points.

So are you saying your payback & and someone else's payback account has same associated number?

I'm saying that my mobile number is linked to payback account X, and when I logged in MobiKwik with the same mobile number, a random payback account number Y is being shown.

Hmm.. try logging at payback in using that payback number. Use forgot pin to reset. Since you have the mobile you should be able to login.
