Had to buy something off eBay. Decided to use this. Paid 6k via CC. Payment went through, mobikwik shows transaction declined

Have raised a request.

Was this your first transaction? I think the wallet is closed by default and has to be manually approved. Call them and clarify.

Also, does this need to be done each time you add money to the wallet from a different card?
