About a month back the internet light stopped and I reset and got it back but download speed fell from 120-130kB/s to 50!! I waited about 20 days thinking it would be back..but now 4 days back the DSL light has been blinking it comes and goes then 2 days back the internet light stopped.. I tried reconnecting wires and I have no PC right now ..I have been using the WiFi for my phone..I called bsnl twice in two days but still no help..what could be wrong? The line or my wires and modem..I tried with different cables but no use..I have been using this modem for more than 2 years..should I change the modem? Or a reset will work?
