even with 2 feet distance it drop to 600 mbps dw/up
and i also tested with nperf, it mostly connect 1200M, not on 2400M
when it does, it give best speed.

eSupport guys are dump.
local tech guys does not know much either about it.
and they won't connect to backend directly. Even when i asked about why i am not getting symmetric speed now (i mean after having static ip), they were like, on speedtest you're getting 1 gbps on both, download and upload. Then it is good if i am getting proper speed there.
And it took me forever to make him understand the issue and i know he kept lying about taking about this issue to backend/NOB or whatever it was. I simply wrote again to esupport to cancel static ip. if still didn't get symmetric speed then i will move back to 1499 plan and will happy with for time being, till they launch new ONT for 1 gbps plan.
problem is very few peoples with 1 gbps plan. and most of offices which have it, they dont care as long as internet is working fine. and no one care about pings or low speed on wifi compare to plans or forget about symmetric at all.

@RKhan21 I moved to dynamic ip again and due to some reason backend didn't enable voip yesterday and it's on 160 mhz since then.
Last ont reboot on waw done 10 hours ago and it's didn't move back to 80 mhz.
So voip maybe the culprit here to cause 160 to 80 switch?

I have asked them to enable voip again and it will confirm after that.

I can't be sure. Speed was 950 plus down and 110p up. I checked earlier.
Now ont move back to 80 mhz. Maybe backend doing something.
