Modem from BSNL unknown

Hello,

I have took new connection and they supplied me a modem, when opens for configuration I can on top left corner - Supernet Infocomm and on right upper corner BSNL broadband. I need to take the backup and could not find anything such that. Any one know what kind of modem is this.??

My guess is that it would be under " Maintenance " tab.
