Modem restart problem still persits in the new modem 450tc1

Hi members and admins of this forum! Happy Diwali.

I HAD two problems with my airtel connection (beetel 450bx1)

1. random frequent disconnection from most chat rooms and

2. modem reboots by itself.

After the previous modem (450bx1) was replaced by the ISP with a newer unit (450tc1) the first problem has been solved, but the second problem still persists.

since last evening until now the modem has rebooted or restarted by itself 5 times.

I read other threads about restart problems, suggestions like disable tr-069 client and SOPS have been given. but I cannot find these options in my new modem beetel 450tc1.

on some days the modem doesn't restart, but most of the days it restarts at least 2-3 times.

While solving the first problem, the line was checked and the engineer said the line is OK.
 
What do you mean by restarted - is it powering itself OFF and ON again ( you can see this by logging into the modem and looking at 'uptime' or similar to see how long the modem has been up since it lost power last time.

thankfully the modem hasn't rebooted in the past week...before that it would reboot randomly..powering itself OFF and ON again...not sure which lights in the modem would go off because my desktop is not located in the same room as the modem is..

pppconnection time is the same as uptime?
