I had a chance of using Moto's service (Redington - same for HP & HTC) a year back for my wife's Defy XT 535. Their service was a bit slow but courteous and communicative. That was a time when the said phone was discontinued and Moto actually had no real presence in India. Considering that, I was satisfied with their service.
I am sure, they would do better in the current scenario.

I was thinking of buying this phone but when this phone was launched i was outstation and now it's been too long the phone is still not back in stock.

They are probably delivering it to people who booked units after the launch day. The phone is cheap. They probably got enough orders to fulfill the latest stock supply.

Keep a watch on XDA-Developers and hope that there's no hardware limitation like N4. If there's no hardware limitation, kernels should pop up soon which enables OTG.

Well, what do you guys think of this battery life with some 2 1/2 hrs of screen hours itself and either 3g or WiFi always ON
