Why not add it to stock as they have the details on the inventory. Why 11 am sharp. Why not 10:51 AM ? You already have thousands of of emails registered to notify when it is in stock.
Though I would like to believe Flipkart does not play games with artificial demands - the above tweet doesn't seem to help.

They are probably expecting the stocks by tomorrow or may be waiting for the available stocks to be distributed amongst the several warehouse across India - for a quick delivery. Every company will have their own process and policies

But still, they may use the demand for exclusive Moto E for their advertisement as much as possible. I don't say they shouldn't do it - I just say they are using this for better adv of their site as much as possible.
Why do you think , FK may not use this opportunity to manipulate traffic to their site? I see Amazon.in buying Moto E adwords in Google(ad on top of Moto E search). They want to drive that traffic even if they don't sell it.
