Motorola Moto G (Lollipop Out!)

They can create a variant for India with expandable storage :tongue: They can also bring the LTE model. I mean who cares. Even if you cannot use LTE on it, expandable storage would be a nice feature to have even if the phone comes at a premium of Rs. 1000.
 
Good to see the MOTO G community still alive.
Was thinking of buying this phone for mom, her bday is coming.. Wanted to know if this is still a good phone? All those battery glitches scare me. Or should i wait for the release of new Moto phones. Alternatives

Exactly. Right now Moto E happens to be the device with the maximum storage option you can have. A dude carrying a 7000 rupee phone would have more storage on his device than the Moto X in your hands.

Doubt if i should get Moto G. But then again alternatives on that thread were mostly of xolo etc which have 10mp + but i don't really trust them. A Nexus 5 8mp is better than Gionee e7 or others 16mp etc :/
 
Network streaming works pretty nicely though on Moto G, finally manage to get it working, pretty smooth sort of eliminates the storage need at home atleast :D though screen is too small so its better to see it on pc/tv lol :P
