Galaxy S2 & HTC Sensation are 4.3" - Those are what I thought was 4.1" HTC Blast seems something that is planned/future concept So yeah - the differences are pretty narrow now

HTC Eternity is another model listed with 4.7 inch display. Kyocera Echo is another one though it has dual displays so it does not count.

I would go for a Smartphone+Tablet = ......... HTC Blast is a concept phone, but the planned size pretty much clears that even 4.7 is not BIG now. So, Dell streak makes sense.
