I think Mozilla, Google etc have enough legal experts. So they must have thought abt allowing or denying the term.
 
well they are not enforcing it yet. but they should. digg was criticized heavily for enforcing their trademark and they defended it in a blog post. let me search that post :D

Apparently if you don't enforce the TM (meaning not let other sites use it), we run the chance of losing it... which would suck. The last thing we want is to lose our name.
 
I dont think Mozilla or Google have that threat of losing trademark.infact more the trademark is used, popular they become.
 
It doesnt state if adding bookmark on iPhone will add it on weave servers too or not. i.e. reverse.
 
it has been rather stable for a while now.

ok i tried FF 4 beta 5... it seems to be faster.. but its not supporting 70% addons that i have.. so have switched back to 3.6 series.
