i am using Huawei mt882. yesterday when i started my computer and turned on the modem its not coneecting to the internet. when i check in 192.168.1.1 all pvc is blank n when i enterted the info its not accepting it and giving this error " this page has move to another address"if anyone knows the solution plz help

Presume you can open the modem settings page.
1 IF In WAN settings all VPI/VCI entries are blank.
You can edit and add a new one for BSNL 0 and 35.
2. Kindly refer this web site for settings etc.

see green DOT icon shows and
click the "NOTE" icon for connection if needed.
4 Check in Diagnostics page and report entries
which show fail.
5 Confirm whether the modem worked any
time earlier and you could access the Internet.
6. Update 0717PM If after resetting etc still problem
confirm you can try firmware version upgrade AT YOUR OWN RISK In the modem.

This is the best ever modem BSNL provided to customers.Easiest to configure or say there is nothing to configure.Reset and use it using a PPPoE dialler from desktop where you enter userID and password and connect.Bang !!!!!

there will be hole at the back of modem press the button in that hole for 5 sec with a pin to reset the modem and it will be ready to used
Reset the modem. Find the instructions to do so on the internets or your modem's manual. Then you set up the new connection.
Change the password of the modem as well. Do not let it be the default 'admin'.
i have done reseted the modem still same error appearing.

2. i have done the setting
3. in summary page it show showtime and no note icon is appearing
4 check the diagnose page its also showing same error
5 using this modem dor more than 6 months
6 i have downloaded the firmware update . when i try to update it. it shows "invalid file name"
