Make a copy if needed.
Change file extension to .xdsl and try.
My Current Firmware Version: V200R001C01B021SP03 Firmware Date: Jun 20 2005
I want to update it with V100R002B023.bin
1. From web interface getting "invalid file error".
2. tftp worked ( as per tftp log ) the file has been updated successfully but still getting same firmware.( but get command worked and i have a copy of running firmware in tftp- root folder).

From Google search : " firmware bin file for AX MT882"

What's your actual problem? Not connecting to internet or just you can't find updated firmwire for your modem?

not connecting to internet...

when i am trying to configure my modem for net connect.
it not accepting my setting . when i am presing save n reboot button it shows error. "this page has moved to another location"

Just reset, don't configure.Connect using dialer from desktop.If your telephone and modem is Ok you should be able to connect.tell the colours of the leds in the modem after resetting.
