^ Is that ever possible ? 
I thought my speed was based on the limitation from my isp and the tower i am connected to(as sanke1 mentioned congestion and distance from tower)...MTNL 3g never had given uploads higher and i don't know how it is happening...i am getting the same up speed from yesterday during any time of the day/night
my signal strength is better than before at same location and place...
But if you guys aren't getting the same uploads @mumbai @delhi then i guess its the bsnl tower which allows me to get that up speed...it always used to show hspa on network icon however mdma says hsd+upa which is the regular one...

We get only HSDPA. Max upload on that is 0.36 mbps.

HSDPA & HSD+UPA are the same right? HSD+UPA is what my mdma says even though network icon in my comp says dolphin (roaming partner cellone) type HSPA but as i said MDMA doesn't recognize as a hspa connection.
uploads are still on higher side...

No hsd+upa is HSPA+ For hsdpa connections it shows HSDPA only.

wow i thought i HSD+UPA means hsdpa only hahaha...so all this while i had hspa itself!!! i used to wonder if in network connection it shows hspa+ why does mdma show otherwise....
but then i had the same hspa+ tower all this while and never had a upload rate more than 0.36-0.39mbps all this while(1year). since last 2-3days i am getting this speed....strange...but i am happy lolll

oh yeah i have one other major issue...
Daily from 8pm-1230am my browsing speed goes down and torrents still at 125kbps. but if i try to browse its like i am on 52kbps or lesser...mine speedtest won't load as well..this is been happening from 1month. i guess its the tower congestion at that time but all this months that is odd...
