MTNL 3G Jadoo Experiences and Issues

hi i m a new user
use a plan 4500 (200 gb for 6 month)
problem : after mtnl system up-gradation is last week mtnl 3g speed drop to 256-512 kbps ( maximum i got in those days is only 1.2mbps) these speed is not constant
in other word i m totally cheated by mtnl people ( TRI says maximum speed drop is only 20%(~716kbs for 3.5mbps or 90KB out of 448KB download speed) of promising speed means u get 80% speed 2.7mbps or 358 KB)
BUT ACTUAL FIGUER IS JUST OPPOSITE TO IT (I AM AWARE ABOUT TRAFFIC LOAD OF SERVER ..... BUT PROBLEM STATED AFTER UP GRADATION OF SYSTEM )

i don't see anywhere it says that mtnl 3g would give 3.6mbs in their website...all it says is their data card speed is upto 3.6

No theres no direct number AFAIK!!
If anyone knows any number of nodal officer please do share..which is unlikely i guess!! -_-"

i have conformed from mtnl cc and the person says speed is around 3.5 mbps and evry website which flash mtnl 3g also mentioned it.
((You will experience data speeds up to 2 Mbps with 3g. Using HSDPA services you can experience speed up to 3.6 Mbps.))
in Delhi hsdpa is activated by default to all 3g sim ------from mtnl site(3G Service)
so its clear now...

Yea...I had a friend working in BSNL...he gave me the number..but i misplaced it!!
my friend isn't in BSNL anymore!! Or else i would have got this issue over me long time ago..
