MTNL 3G Jadoo Experiences and Issues

Yes, they are just making us go merry in rounds. MTNL says it's issue with local BSNL tower, BSNL says see BSNL 3G works fine so no issues with our service. I'm fed up of it now and hoping for a miracle now. Worst 2500 I've ever spent in my life!Gaekwad number is only ringing, not picking up. I don't have any other direct contact number and hate to talk to aunties who give non-sense replies wasting my time.
 
Its definitely those [email protected] set my network manual...then searched for 3G signal..then started my connection....it was fine for sometime..was getting 4Mbps+ and then got disconnected..was pushed back again to those shi**y speeds!!
 
What is the number to call for registering complaint for MTNL using in BSNL area? Any email or number where they can respond fast enough?
 
Lets see..those B@stards are doing something...my speeds have gotten a bit better now...getting like 1.5-2Mbps...
 
But for me they are still sucking. I even tried using my Galaxy SII phone and sim is still in that phone. Still no luck. Can you check which IP addresses give better speeds?
 
I finally called mtnl customer care and got complaint number - 575150? Now how do I track the status of it online? Any idea when they call usually?
 
I don't know...it usually doesn't depend...72 Hours should be enough though!!I've tweeted,emailed,called(not reaching though)....Done everything...I haven't had a problem with MTNL like NEVER..This is the first time..
 
Yes, I tweeted as well, no response. It seems they are doing this deliberately to discourage usage in roaming. Maybe heavy users get this capping I think. I used 400 GB last two months, so maybe they capped number this month. :(

on what plan where you on? 2500 2month unlimited?

another thing i noticed is speed dips for few minutes after reaching 100mb or so again it catches back sometimes
