MTNL 3G Jadoo Experiences and Issues

A Little help guys.I just bought the 4500 6 month prepaid 3g plan.I use an iPhone 4.My speedtest.net resultsDownload : 0.60 MbpsUpload : 0.28 MbpsLatency : 204 msI live in dwarka ( Delhi).Why is the speed so low. Isn't it supposed to be 2-3 Mbps.Any Advise??

Where did u recharge the 4500plan because that plan had been stopped almost 4months ago! Is the plan been introduced back???Could be ur coverage issue also please share from where u recharged. I just recharged mine for 2500 2days back and from yesterday I am unable to connect 619/628 error. Mtnl down for anyone?Oh I see 4500 for 200gb not the old one

Yes its the 200 Gb one.

and yes I am on the 3G mode I guess.
Its shows 3G on in the status bar

I sent ACT HSDPA to 444, it said it has already been activated on your number.

I am getting 0.6 -0.8 Mbps speed, so the 384 Kbps 3G throttling is not happening.

I have tried different areas dwarka, satya niketan , rk puram , palam etc speed is constantly 0.6 to 0.8 Mbps never more.

What is the problem?
The 1503 guys dont know anything, they say are your settings right, We will refresh your number etc
no improvement.

May be congested internet traffic at the tower. OrYou may be getting poor 3G signal.

I get full signal in my phone, plus like I said I have tried different areas in Delhi.

My 2 months plan expired day before yesterday and I'm in no mood to stick with MTNL 3G anymore.

my 3g had got over on 11 th july n did not get mtnl again. back to landline wired broadband
