oh okiess...i am speaking to customer care and when i said this is been happening from 01st december they say they havent received any other complaints for the disconnection issue they say:S!!!!


But ur from pune no?Do they categorize complaints from different areas?Either that guys right or they're lying.I'm sure its the latter.Since 1st dec i've come across almost 4 complaints by different ppl(including 3 on this forum) complaining about this same problem on forums and social networking websites.The guy to whom i complained called up again today but unfortunately i wasn't home.Lets hope he rings again.

could you give me your complaint number? so i could pass it on to the guy i am speaking and say this one also has the same issue.

I think it was 585690 if memory serves though not sure as i lost the piece of paper i'd written it on ,but give it a shot.


I'm happy with disconnection issues if it works at hspa speeds. This is no way acceptable as I'm not even getting umts speeds nor gprs one

even though i am from pune but i also lodge a complaint with same customer care in mumbai so the complaint number would be enough to show that multiple users are affected. my technician called me and took the trace-route around 0530pm. lets hope he would be able to figure it out soon.

I tried today and indeed there is some problem. Youtube HD videos stop streaming midway.

Good that I got rid of the data card. Can't wait to finish off my prepaid balance to port to a more stable and reliable network.

so looks everyone is effected with disconnection....

My plan is 2500 unlimited. Recharged on 27th Nov

same here 2500 ul plan. been on this since june after the 6month plan had expired

Hmm...i'm starting to wonder if its only those who have the 2500 plan getting this problem,as i also have the same plan.I don't know because i took the plan on october the 27th and it ran fine for a month without a single disconnection...strange..

My uploads have started to touch 1.2Mbps constant...
My download speed has kinda dipped..and upload is roaring...getting like 1.7-2Mbps..WTH!!
