sanke1 .. i think sbhas2k is right... bcz its mentioned in their website.but if you are saying tht in 7 rupees also u can connect,,, that means that 25 rupees rule is only on 3G and not on HSDPA.in 3G it was not connecting if we have anything less that 25 rupees.
Please do not give advice which diverts from main speed problem. I have a balance of Rs. 7 and still get 2 mbps at night.
MTNL clearly mentions that Rs. 25 is required for HSDPA service.. Consider yourself lucky if you can download at a higher speed but every possible options needs to be checked before understanding the underlying problem
A minimum balance of Rs.25/- is required to be maintained for availing HSDPA facility.
The customer can maintain minimum balance requirement by using Top up vouchers.
If the customer fails to maintain a minimum balance of Rs.25,HSDPA facility will be barred.
