MTNL 749nu auto modem pc shutdown ?

Hey there,I have MTNL 749 NU plan, and use vista ultimate, and use UPS,and use flashget download manager, also connected through ethernet port PC~modem (beetel 220bx)can anybody tell me how to :1. set auto disconnection of modem (no re-connection)2. set auto PC shutdown including UPS, otherwise even if PC is off, the ups will remain ON, and it will consume electricity.

there are programs available freely for automatic shutdown - search in google - u'll find them....u need to switch off UPS manually as the powering mechanism is mechanical in most of the UPS....

and for disconnection... u need to use Bridged Mode and userasdial connection_nae /DISCONNECT
