Instead of calling CC, better approach nearest Exchange guy who look after ones Broadband. They do take complain. Though I never needed that yet. I guess I never got any problem as I am located within 200 meters of Exchange.
I think there are only 2-3 users whose problem was not solved for 1 month.. for me whenever i complained over 198... i have got reply call within 1 day.also if there is problem... i atleast know to go to exchange.. with other ISPs i dont even know where to contact them by going physically.
Today I seen a hoarding on a BEST bus in Bandra saying Hathway broadband 512kbps @499 and unlimited too. So we can expect the current 599 plan to give us a speed of something around 760 kbps soon.

i assume they did not have enough space to add the FUP details.
MTNL Delhi will likely double the speed on all UL plans in September. They have already upgraded networking gear in exchanges in last 1-2 months.Era of 2 mbps UL broadband without FUP is going to become a reality in next 1 month at least for MTNL Delhi customers. Looks like this is MTNL's planned way to protect its customer base before the launch of wireless broadband services.
