I have only last week subscribed for a unlimited 512kbps connection however I get only 256kbps speed even the DSL speed status on the modem page says DSL speed as 256/256. I have everyday complained on the 198 number and been assured that speed will be increased however nothing happens I have also sent a e-mail to their address. Could anyone tell me any contact number of any higher person to whom I can complain. Thanks
