MTNL Broadband Problems

Hi,I just got MTNL Connection.I have the D-Link 803 router and Dlink Dir-300 for wireless.I am facing a unique kind of problem.Most of the times, some sites open and some dont.I dont understand the reason for this.PLease help.I have used MTNL Dns servers, Opendns too.Thanks,Arnav

same problem with Google DNS.any permanent solutions or are all MTNL customers facing same issues?
