Hmmm I will have to do the same, to check if I have been booted upward from the current xpress combo 600 to xpress combo 650

I will check tomorrow if my plan is changed automatically!

Knowing MTNL they may just forget to upgrade the plan in system but the bill they may send for new plans!

My plan it still shows 495 combo. So that means I will now have to wait till evening to find out if I am getting 1mbps or not.

If I dont get 1mbps then tomorrow I will have to complain.

I am still on DSL_UNLTD_XPRESS_COMBO_600 not shifted to DSL_UNLTD_XPRESS_COMBO_650. Now the question is if & when they change it for me & what they bill me for ???

Yup forcibly migrated to DSL_UNLTD_XPRESS_COMBO_650 just to squeeze 50 bucks out of me for a 2GB increase download which I dont really need. Welcome to the new MTNL.

Atleast you got additional 2GB. I didnt get anything extra. They should have increased free calls.(I get 25 free calls)

May be u should migrate to 550 combo plan (if you access mostly in evening or early morning). You will get 1mbps whole month (no FUP)


Comparison:
650 combo - 2mbps till 12GB then 512kbps WHOLE DAY
550 combo - 1mbps without FUP for 14hrs a day, 512kbps rest + 25 free calls

If you are a daily downloader, mathematically 550 will give more GBs plus free calls in a month.

Started getting 1mbps after 6:05PM.Took 5 minutes to reconnect after 6PM.

Query for people on the new 450 rupees unlimited plan. I was previously on Rs 395 unlimited plan and as per the plan change now it is Rs. 450 for 512 kbps from 8am to 6pm, 1 Mbps from 6 pm to 12 am but I am not sure whether it is 2 Mbps from 12 am to 8pm. I am not at home currently so I don't know but my brother did confirm that it is 1 Mbps in evening but he could not confirm if it was 2Mbps at night after 12 am.Can anyone confirm ?
