MTNL Cust Support - worst

They took about 10 days to fix the BB problem and that too by complaining every day for about 10 days

mine is 12th day runningim considering going and living in the mtnl office near by hehehee

best service experience ever....here they fixed all my problems within 24 hours after complain. I live in dadar west.

in my case......it has never taken so mch time to fix a problemand secondly i live near MTNL exchange.....

hmm...sometimes i really feel lucky when i read probs faced by ppl in this forum....
