wish they came up with a UL plan for Mumbai ,Like BSNL and MTNL Delhi have This NU was great initially, but Dil mange more, even if its 256kbps instead of the 2MBPS
or as i said long back, there shud be add on plan.(like tataBB have started). take any plan and pay 300Rs more for NU on it.
I dont think thats gonna happen soon in MTNL, Tata BB has not created enough customer yet so they need to attract customer wid something.everyone knws their service sucks so they r trying to get new customers by providing good plans at reasonable prices.Airtel and MTNL already has a huge customer base and more people are willing to take their connection. So, right now people are satisfied with plans from both Airtel and Mtnl..
Airtel is a little costly but their service is worth it and MTNL is also a reliable bb with reasonably priced plans.
anyways i think soon or later prices of all the plans will be slashed
I know... unless Tata upgrade their lines to provide more stable service, they will not be able to dethrone MTNL and Airtel's supremacy. Coz in the long run what you really need is a stable service and not an amazing plan...
in the long run the prices of BB are going to fall....but even in that case till the point there is no major competition or market saturation prices will still remain comparitively high.... Also since the penetration is not that high in india.... which means people are going to connect to BB and for which they are going to buy the connections....so all BB players dont really need to drastically cut their prices....they may come up with itsy bitsy cuts n stuff like that....but believe me something like a total paisa vasool and cheap BB is still a long way to go...
but as they say if wishes were horses....useless and corrupt MTNL babus
Umm.. i dont agree. MTNL BB is currently best just because its govt. organisation. If it was TCS (hence Tata) prices wud have been high and service of tataBB we already know.
And corrupt babus, well if babus were soooo corrupt then some ISPs wud have already bribed them, that MTNL wud not be leading the market like its doing now.
