I think you havent been to a MTNL office dude....just go and say that you need a internet connection and say that you are willing to pay " under the desk money"...see the response....dude privatisation is much more better than government work....believe me
All said and done I still think that the mtnl UL plans are completely worth it. Sure you get a lot of issues setting up but there is nothing that a good talker cannot get out of the innocent babu sitting at the mtnl office. I had my connection set up on the same day that i went to the office to meet the head to the extent that he gave me the modem to walk out of the mtnl office with and had a 'tech' guy come set it up on the same afternoon.I guess I was just lucky on that day!

Agree with you there....mtnl is the best ISP rit now....no doubt over it....5 gb download every night from 12 to 8...wat more do i want....as i said the product is good but it just needs to be managed properly....only MTNL has gains from it which means more and more customers if its effeciently managed and reduced
