MTNL hardcopy bill issue

Hello guys whats up,

Been lurking here for last 1 year and finally joined this forum. :)

I need small help regarding the bill which we all receive every month at our home.

Everybody receives a hard copy of bill right? I receive a hardcopy and a softcopy(email). I want to cancel the hardcopy bill which i receive every month. I am already receiving bills via email and i am happy with this.

I get this email every month which says that you can cancel a hardcopy of bills once you register for softcopy bills.

as you can see that you can register for a soft copy of a bill via email but whenever i open that link(For registering: click here), I always get this error: https://i.imgur.com/jqlEn9V.png

I am already receiving my bills via email and i want to cancel hard copy of my bills.

Please help.

Hello Jagat,

Main reason why i want to cancel the hard copy is because i never receive my hard copy. I talked to my postman several times and he said that he always deliver mtnl bill but i never receive a copy so thats why i would like to cancel the hardcopy. Already talked to MTNL cust care and the person said that i have to contact my area exchange. Will go tomorrow and get this done. :)
