Introduction

Tariffs on DSL749 and DSL599 are revised with a reduction of Rs. 1/- and introduced as DSL_598 and DSL_748 respectively w.e.f.01/05/2010.

I wonder how this helps MTNL or the consumers.

This was announced weeks ago.

It may be a simple billing issue: having two plans at 799 might cause problems in their billing system or possibly the data entry operators kept making mistakes.
