MTNL Online Bill Pay not working

Is it only me ? When i try to login it just sorts of hangs and nothing happens . Tried different browsers , doesnt seem to work .

I was able to login with this link Login and also just paid my bill using debit card.

On the above link when i enter my CA #, Phone # & email id in the respective & hit OK, it says "CA number & phone number dosent match" !!
wtf ?

it is just NOT opening.

that selfcare site is down from 2days now ...noone at MTNL probably knows or cares!

Fortunately I made my online payment on Sept 23rd.

hmm..mtnl online Delhi website is creating problem for me. Made a account there but uable to login. Tried to reset password but never received the password in email ...grr..!
