Is there anyone using the online bill payment service from MTNL Delhi?Not really in a mood to experiment with it, so yeah looking forward to some insight :bullhead:

Been paying online with MTNL Mumbai for years, no issues. Payment goes thru Billdesk.

Yup, you can use credit, debit, or netbanking (major banks).

If you just want to view and pay your bill, you can do it without having to log in: MTNL Mumbai, Self Care Portal

If you want to check your broadband usage and plan details, IIRC the default username is your phone number and the default password is your customer account number (printed on your bill).

Paying landline bills from past 1 year. No issue as against the image of MTNL

Maybe I have gone blind or something :OCan't find no option to pay using Citibank Debit Card.
