Mtnl Site Login Problem Anyone?

Plan change always take place on 1st of every month not in between month.Else call 1500/1504 to check plan change

i never got plan changed so not sure.mtnl website says plan change will be done only on first but somwhereon this forum i had read some1 telling that they do it even in 16th.(i.e. half month)

Thank you for your help. I'll call 1500/1504.The MTNL person told me with full confidence that the plan will be changed tomorrow .... I agree with you Amish that they should have put the information about site outage on their frontpage or atleast sent an email on mtnl account.

not true they change the plan within 2-3 dayz after ur application to qcscthat's the case with mechanged plan 3 times!

akash can u tell us how do they calculate amount?
lets say i am on NU for 10days and used 400mb daytime+2gb nighttime
and switch to plan 200(400mb) and use 400mb again for 20days

do they charge:

1)
for 10day NU (590/3=197rs fixed, 1024/3=341MB free, 59Rs additional for 59mb) and
20day plan 200 (400*2/3=266mb free, 199*2/3=133rs fixed, 144rs for additional 144mb)

total 197+59+133+144=533rs for month.

OR

2)
carry over all NU plan daytime MB to plan 200 and count as per plan 200
plan? total 199 fixed+400rs for 400mb=599rs for month?

OR

3)
carry over all daytime+nighttime MB=2448mb to plan 200
total 199+2048=2247rs?


case 2) would not be possible as every1 would change to plan 200 on 28th and back to NU on 1st. so night download is never counted and all u pay is only for day downloads

so which 1 is it case 1) or case 3)?

yes. still cant access. mtnl ppl are not professional. they should atleast put a temporary page saying expected timeline.

These guys are absolutely pathetic. I just spoke with an mtnl tech at 1504 and he said their system is out indefinitely! I asked him if it will be a few hrs, days or weeks and all he said was "could be" and hung up!!! :angry:
