Mtnl Site Login Problem Anyone?

may be something specifiic to my exchange. But someone else menyioned as well ttthat he had similar problem.

in mumbai, i can load the site, but when i try to login it shows invalid login id.the site is down.i think they wont be registering the usage.

well...in Mumbai they backup their data every sunday so they dont allow any logins to the site during that time. It should become accessible after 5pm!

they did not record usage for 3 hrs.

i can open the site, but when i enter the username and password, nothing happens.i called mtnl. the say the site is down from yesterday.so will our usage be counted or not.

Me too trying to access site, looks like it is free for now starting today and yesterday, so guys lootav but be prepared for a Reliance Energy like bill from MTNL, hehe just kidding

u cant be sure if database is down or just webserver is down.

Date/Time: 16/Nov/2006 - 21:46 hours.I was able to check my usage late last night around 00:30 hours. But now when I enter userid/passwd to check my usage, I get "Invalid Login ID !!" message.IIRC, the userid/passwd is the same for PPPoE/PPPoA sessions and @ register.mtnl.net.in. On the modem PPPoE/PPPoA admin page, I changed the password to an invalid string; rebooted the modem and it was able to register and get an IP!
