MTNL triband down for last 2 days

MTNL triband is down for last 2 days ... The CC told link is down for 2731xxxx exchange.Anyone else faced this issue.The router log says, DSL link is up but no IP is assigned.

yup from friday mine net is also not working.getting time out

down again since yesterday. The ADSL light is on, router shows DSL link is up but no IP is assigned. Router system log shows - Cannot find channel number.

I have same problem with my newly taken TRIBAND in south Delhi Okhla exchange and it is giving me very hard time since starting. I make several complain to MTNL but unfortunately they failed to rectify it I registered a online complain on 24th of May2010 but they closed it on 31st may 2010 at 11:00AM even there were no internet completely from same day morning, I am wondering why it’s happened.
I tried to call several times from my land line to CC but I am sorry to say, they did not pick the phone too, after I waited till evening then again I registered online complain.
I know maybe they need some 100 or 200 which is nothing for me but is it right? I am a religious man so why I will not give to poor or needy people why I give to MTNL employee (who are getting good salary)

Wake up MTNL specially south Delhi.
