Thats a lot you ask for in that range, the only phones the powerful now are the Nexus 4, GS3, One X, J Butterfly(not in India) and the Note II. And all these devices except the N4 buying from US fall in your range. The best you would get in that range would be an Xperia S, but without warranty!

If warranty is a must, then i9100 or Motorola Atrix 2 or Sony Ericsson Xperia P would be the best phones in your budget.
