Yep. 1000 bucks is the price on ebay too. If you like the phone, go get it. Won't get anything close to it for 10k here. Or you could spend time looking for cdma phones within 10k and see if anything better comes up.

Hmm, given the fact that almost all his other listed camera products have information about the warranty, the absence of the same on the rx100, looks kinda shady.

I guess I would wait for official deals then.

Got the phone today.




Unlocking literally took 5 minutes and costed 50 Rs.

Screen is excellent, SuperAMOLED. Phone is very fast, but since its gingerbread, not as butter smooth as I am used to. The phone was brand new and sealed but the box was opened. Someone told me that the customs guys open the box to check contents. Don't know if that happened here. Will post impressions after using it for a few days.
