I have heard of Water-resistent phones. Dont remember which exactly, but had seen an ad on TV/Newspaper.

Well guys i am thinking about getting a new android based smart phone my budget is 25~30k.Earlier i thought about getting nexus S but after finding out that it wont come with a S AMOLED screen in India was a turn off for me any way now i am thinking about getting HTC Incredible S.What do you guys say will it be a good purchase?

its a dual core processor phone. gingerbread is supposed to feature support for dual core processors. so they would have to release it sooner or later. if i were to buy an android phone and i had a budget of 30K. i would not go for a single core processor today.

Yup, with the budget of 30K dual core all the way.The Optimus 2X will have initially Android 2.2 as its OS, but it has been already announced that the smartphone will get Gingerbread update most probably by the next month.

Surely i'll have this in mind.I don't see this in Flipkart is it released in India?
