I have a Syrotech (SY-GPON-2010-WADONT) with latest firmware. It will work for about 30 minutes perfect (sometimes an hour) then it tries to reboot. The power led starts to blink and it takes about 15 minutes to start. What could be the issue ( I have check that reboot option is off).

Likely hardware issues. Syrotech does not have much to troubleshoot, nor its logs are persistent.
Get a replacement or something

If the issue happened, after you upgraded firmware, then likely the upgrade failed and corrupted core files. Replacement would be required in this case too.

I did the firmware update 5 months ago and it was working fine. This issue started from last month only. And for today it was working fine for almost 7 hours.

When the issue happens, how is the load on your network? If you reboot the device, does it still take 15 mins to start?

If it's working ok and I restart it then it restart as usual but when it's in that long restart issue even if I remove the power and again turn it onn it still takes 30 min to restart. And I have noticed that somehow when my laptop is plugged in via Lan then it it doesn't take that long to restart.

Weird. Have you updated to the latest version yourself and did you match the hardware version before updating? If yes, then you can try resetting and configuring the ONT manually again if you have the necessary configuration details.

I upgraded its firmware myself and it was working fine for 5 months. I checked the hardware version. I have also tried resetting and manually configuring.

Could be hardware issue then. You didn't mention if it happens when the network is idle, under load or if it just randomly happens.

I am also facing the same issue. After switch on the supply Syrotech ont takes 20-30 min for booting. In running condition if I restart ont then it takes only 2 min for booting. But if I start it after one hour then it takes 20-30 min for booting.
