My weird experiences with BSNL

Hi,

I am having H500 for past six or so months. I got the portal-id few months ago. (YES, about 4 months after I got my connection) I kept both the the passwords ( broadband pass & portal-id pass ) as 'password', but changed them last week.

Since then, sometimes when I try to log-in using the new password, it gives error as "Invalid user name or password" even though I enter correct portal-id & password. Has anyone else here experienced such a problem?

that happened to me what should i do????

or try in the old portal http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/
Presume you mean the Usage portal.
Password changed for USERID working OK ? presume you are using wanminiport dialer.

i've been experiencing high download speeds for last 3 days .. getting approx 300-400Kb/s and when i checked the linerate in modem its been increased to a higher value! maybe bsnl is doing some work around my area but thanks to 'em im able to d/l full dvdr's :thumbsup:

kang,can you post a screenshot of your night time usage from bsnl portal(not the bandwidth meter).i want to keep it as a reference.
