they are known as elite, freemasons, illuminati, etc. many names. and their masters i think are humans with elongated skull. check David Icke. Brien Foerster for skulls. humans with elongated skulls were also the power behind the pyramids, they are not necessarily aliens though.

I personally believe that there must be some serious reason which could impact foreign relations with certain nations due to which these files are not made public. Or else why none political party never tried to do it since independence.
