@GR2 Sorry, but can you elaborate a little, does the DNS have to be changed from the router itself? don't have much idea about this, does the DNS have to be created or something like that as well?

@GR2 I tried to use these 2 from an article(Nokia G-240W-F GPON Home Gateway Router: DNS Configuration)

OpenDNS Family Shield.

208.67.222.123
208.67.220.123

Primary DNS: 1.1.1.3
Secondary DNS: 1.0.0.3

Set them as my DNS in LAN setting on my Router Gateway page. Also confirmed that ps is picking this up. Still the same issue, not sure what else to try, are there any specific DNS which I should be setting?

Do a speedtest and see if there is latency or jitter problem

SpeedTest, No issues here I think. The last time I talked with Airtel, they said, govt. has ordered them to block some websites and it might be affecting my area, but that shouldn't be the case for multiplayer games I guess, even some of my work-related stuff(eg: System Dashboard - ASF JIRA) doesn't open unless I switch the VPN on. Airtel's support might be one of the worst I've seen since they are trying their best to avoid connecting me to any of their engineers.
