NAT Type on BSNL Bharat Fiber Broadband

I contacted bsnl and they said they cannot help me change the NAT type and according tot hem that service is unavailable in India.

Try Logging into 192.168.10.1 using your browser

pass: optilink

The bottom has the same default IP, username and password as you provided above.

alright I found my router's IP address and used the login and password to get to this page. Do you what should I do next?
